MAIL ORDERS are shipped the next work day when paid by VISA, MasterCard, money order, bank check drawn on a US bank, or a government purchase order and are in stock.

RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL which means that credit will

be issued for a future purchase or exchange, but no refunds made under the following terms:

Unused STOCK and LANDSCAPE STAMPS may be returned for credit LESS A 20% restocking/handling fee. If one stamp in a set or kit is used, that set or kit cannot be returned;

kits and sets cannot be broken up. STAMPS THAT ARE INKED ONCE ARE "USED" and

CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT or EXCHANGE.

DEFECTIVE STAMPS and CUSTOM STAMP ERRORS may be returned, after contacting us, for replacement for

30 days from the invoice date. Some defective problems can be solved on the phone, so please call first.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE OUR RETURN NUMBER OR THEY WILL BE REFUSED.
